Printemps New York partnered with the Tampa Museum of Art to introduce Italian designer Giuseppe Di Morabito to the American runway. Presented as part of the museum's annual CITY: Fashion+Art+Culture benefit, the event brought together thirty looks showcasing the designer's distinctive approach to couture, craftsmanship, and contemporary femininity.
Extending beyond the runway, the collaboration included a dedicated pop-up, private appointments, and an evening of cultural and social events, positioning fashion within the broader context of art and community.
For Giuseppe Di Morabito, fashion begins with the construction of an image and the craft required to bring it to life. Drawing from Italian tailoring, sculpture, and art history, his work combines architectural silhouettes with intricate embellishments and experimental materials. Presenting the collection inside an art museum reflected this approach, allowing the garments to be experienced not only as fashion but also as expressions of contemporary craftsmanship.
