Garden of Vision

FASHION AND CHARITY

SEPTEMBER 2025
SITE SPECIFIC INSTALLATION

For Printemps New York's Art & Circularity program, Los Angeles–based artist Elena Stonaker transformed the store's façade into a surreal garden of oversized textile figures. Curated by Valentina Guidi Ottobri, the installation extended into the interiors through intricate tapestries and soft sculptures made from repurposed fabrics.

Drawing on mythology, ritual, and organic forms, Stonaker's work offered an imaginative interpretation of material reuse, bringing contemporary textile art into dialogue with the retail environment.

“We want to be a platform for artists.”

– Silvano Vangi; WWD, September 18, 2025

Presented in September 2025, Garden of Vision was part of a broader initiative conceived by Silvano Vangi to explore circularity through art, fashion, and design.

The program brought together artists and brands working with recycled materials, including exclusive upcycled garments, installations, and a curated selection of emerging labels. Rather than approaching sustainability exclusively through products, Printemps used artistic interventions to introduce the theme throughout the store.
